TO RESERVE: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the house. The balance may be paid to us in the U.S. before departure; or in Costa Rica upon arrival in traveler's checks or cash. We are NOT able to accept personal checks in Costa Rica so please be prepared to pay any balance in traveler's checks or in cash.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: payments to our U.S. address can be made by personal/ business check, cashiers/registered check or money order. We are NOT able to accept personal checks in Costa Rica, so please be prepared to pay any balance with traveler's checks or cash.

CANCELLATIONS: We require 60 days advance notice (more for any holiday bookings) to cancel. With that notice, we will refund our deposit minus 15% of the total rent. Any cancellations made after 60 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
